Andreev Invest was founded in 2006 as part of the Construction Group of Build Invest Ltd. and Andreev Building Company Ltd., companies in the construction business since 1990 with 16-year experience already. We possess a construction base, concrete unit, concrete reinforcement workshop and the necessary machinery equipment for implementing medium sized projects.
We are not a real estates company as our aim is not to sell a certain object receiving a commission for it, nor it is one-time act of sale-trade of a given property avoiding all the risks following.
Following the new tendencies of the real estates market we strive for being flexible accomplishing the connection between the salesmen, designer and constructor from the one side and the end customer from the other taking all the risks arising during the carrying out of a certain object. Participating in the investment with 15% – 25% of the total value of projects we save your time and money and guarantee you high quality and completion of objects, on schedule.
